"Educated women have educated children."
Objectives:
1. Sponsor female students with their four year undergraduate study in various Chinese Universities. The students are all from poor family backgrounds in rural areas of Gansu province
2. Sponsor those who having gained BA diplomas under the sponsorship of EGRC; and accepted by Chinese or Canadian universities into a post graduate program.
3. Encourage the financial co-operation between Chinese local government and individual donors rebuild dangerous village elementary and secondary schools in rural areas of China.
